The experience begins with a private guided session of mindfulness, breathing exercises and yoga, for 1 hour. Then, you would go on to enjoy a buffet breakfast at the Hotel Laguna Nivaria. After breakfast, you would go to the water circuit, exclusively, where you will enjoy its effects. After the circuit, you will enjoy a personalized full body massage (50 minutes), tailor made to suit individual needs. The experience ends with BIO tea served in the cabin.
